Any combination of services including Reiki, Reiki infused music and food, Happiness Navigation, holistic wellness treatments including: hot stones and crystals, coached art therapy practices, EFT emotional freedom techniques, tapping, friendly walk n' talk or drive n' chat sessions, sobriety and serenity practices including SMART Recovery Facilitation, simple hair cuts and styles, makeup and nails with over 10 years experience in film, commercial and volunteer freelancing + family and friends of course! References available on request. Perhaps just a drive to the right secret or sacred spot, a daytrip away from the city along the shoreline or to chase waterfalls, a jaunt about cityscapes and urban hikes and old historical remnants, parks and alleys... a collection of songs, a coffee at a special nook...
